Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) was elected to Congress in 2014, becoming the youngest woman to be elected to Congress up until that time. Since then, she's become the lead recruited in the House GOP's effort to get Republican women to run for Congress. She's now hopped into the 5th District GOP primary on State Sen. Stephanie Bice's side.
