Hern votes against un-Constitutional legislation WASHINGTON, DC – Representative Kevin Hern (OK-01) released the following statement after voting against HR 2377 and HR 7910. “My constituents have made their feelings incredibly clear: they are overwhelmingly opposed to any attempt by President Biden and Congressional Democrats to take away our 2nd Amendment rights,” said Rep.
