Dr. James White, a prominent Reformed theologian and apologist in the Phoenix area, recently went before the Phoenix City Council to deliver a plea directly to the elected officials: "Make the City of Phoenix a sanctuary city for pre-born children."
Earlier in March here in Oklahoma, an abortion abolitionist gave a similar talk during public comment at a meeting of the Norman City Council. Others across the nation affiliated with various pro-life or abolitionist organizations have done likewise.
