Senate leader encouraged by Oklahoma’s court win against Biden vaccine mandates OKLAHOMA CITY – Senate President Pro Tempore Greg Treat, R-Oklahoma City, on Wednesday said he is encouraged by Oklahoma’s recent court victory in challenging the Biden administration’s vaccine mandates. Oklahoma Attorney General John O’Connor’s and 11 other state attorneys general in November challenged the Biden administration’s vaccine mandate for health care workers.
